The land is situated in the Holly Grove conservation area of Peckham Rye and is c. 500m walk from the main line station at Peckham Rye. It is a lovely part of South London with plenty of grade II listed buildings going around. From Peckham Rye mainline station it takes c. 9 minutes to London Bridge Station or 12 minutes to Victoria Station
