I bought it at auction from the Highways Agency after they decided they didn't need it. Because of this, it has a "clawback clause" with the Secretary of Transport that if planning changes on the owners request, they can receive 33% of the new value. This expires in 18 years. Capel Le Fern is a lovely area - near the Battle of Britian Museam and the attractions of the Dover/Folkestone Area. From the M20 - Take the Folkestone exit and the land is on your left as you approach Capel Le Fern, which is just east of Folkstone.
